Sushi Chefs Shares Skills with Year Six 8.2.24

We enjoyed a visit from chef Henry Chiu from Chisou Restaurant, who volunteered his time to teach children from Year 6 how to make maki rolls and ngiri, and showed off some truly impressive knife skills! It was an amazing lesson - the fish sculptures were incredible!
