Algerian Cookery Workshop 22.2.24
We loved the second of our community cookery workshops. Our trainers for the sell-out workshop were Semia and Yasmine, who both work at the school. We learned about the diverse terrains of the country and the seasonal dishes. They have roots in Algeria and demonstrated some fantastic dishes including Tchektchouka, Kesra, Borek, Baghrir and Couscous.
